Contributions to CNU will help support our work to redress recent citywide zoning changes that promote greater height, density, and tear downs in both market rate and public housing, leading also to decreases in neighborhood green spaces, trees, and parking. Our goal is to create greater transparency, equity, and accountability within building design and approval processes along with better better public housing creation and maintenance policies to enhance neighborhood and tenant livability. In possible legal action, we seek to assure that city zoning ordinances conform with city and state law.
